Luxury South Bank resort to open in Turks & Caicos in November Grace Bay Resorts has announced a Nov. 1 opening date for its newest Turks & Caicos resort, South Bank. The 31-acre Providenciales resort will be situated along Long Bay Beach, comprising a mix of 92 one- to six-bedroom accommodations. Accommodations will be spread across four distinct "neighborhoods:" the Ocean Estate Villas, Lagoon Villas, The Boathouses and Arc. (As part of the property's phased opening plan, the Arc neighborhood is on track for completion in 2026.) The property's centerpiece will be its 5-acre, man-made "ocean swimming lagoon," which Grace Bay Resorts said is designed to provide "guests with a protected area for swimming and playing."
