Founded in 1981, Roc Hotels is a Majorcan chain that manages seven establishments distributed in Mallorca and Cuba. It arrived in this Caribbean destination in 2013, where it introduced the Roc Hotels brand and consolidated itself as a high-end company that operates 4- and 5-star hotels.

It has also positioned itself among the five main foreign chains operating in the country, by managing 2,077 rooms in the main tourist destinations, in five hotels: Roc Arenas Doradas, Roc Barlovento and Roc Varadero, in Varadero beach resort, and Roc Presidente, in Havana, a 4-star facility belonging to the Gran Caribe Hotel Group; and the 5-star Roc Lagunas del Mar, owned by the Gaviota Tourism Group in Cayo Santa María.

Under the premise that the safety of guests and employees is its highest priority, since the global health crisis Roc Hotels increased its safety, hygiene and health procedures and protocols, adapting them to face tourism’s new challenges: the staff received training in preventive measures and is equipped with personal protective gear; the hotels have specific cleaning and disinfection protocols; spaces and processes were redesigned to ensure minimal contact….

Its Caring for your Holidays campaign guarantees that guests, during their stay, only worry about their vacations and perceive that at Roc Hotels they are ready to again get together.
