This figure surpasses the 96,000 passengers recorded in June 2024, marking a significant milestone for the country’s aviation sector. According to information obtained by Infotur Dominicano from the Civil Aviation Board (JAC), based on data provided by the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (IDAC), Arajet emerged as the leading Dominican airline, accounting for 79% of total passenger traffic. Arajet recorded its highest number of passengers transported in a single month since it began operations, with a total of 90,433 passengers, up from 76,000 in June 2024.
