Marinas MARLIN participates in the UK’s Go Diving Show

Cuba’s MARLIN Marinas and Nautical Company is participating in the Go Diving Show in the United Kingdom. This top-level exhibition marks the beginning of the diving events season in the UK and serves as a platform for deep-sea lovers and industry professionals on presenting the latest trends, technologies, information on tourist experiences and comprehensive educational resources in this specialty.

“We are here representing Marlin, Cubasol and Cuban tourism. Since the fair opened, we have been exchanging ideas non-stop and trying to do business with the main companies selling diving equipment, since the best in the world are participating, as well as the main diving and liveaboard tour operators,” Omar Cruz Lozada, Marlin general director, told TTC.

The director stressed that “There is a lot of interest in traveling to Cuba, diving and visiting our main destinations: Cayo Largo, Cienfuegos, Jardines de la Reina, Santa Lucía and Varadero. We are confident that Cuban tourism will continue to advance.”

The MARLIN Marinas and Nautical Company offers nautical excursions and tours; deep-sea, bottom and fly fishing; diving; liveaboard; marina services; kite surfing; kayaking; beach activities; and other recreational nautical options. It manages five international marinas in Cuba: Hemingway, Dársena de Varadero, Cayo Largo, Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba. It also has boating facilities in Tarará, Chapelín Varadero, Jardines del Rey, Guardalavaca, Santa Lucía, Jardines de la Reina and the Ship Repair Base in Havana, as well as a fleet of vessels.

The company, which forms part of the Cubasol Group, also organizes the main sea-related events that take place every year in the Caribbean archipelago, including the Ernest Hemingway International Needlefish Fishing Tournament and the Jardines del Rey International Big Game Trolling Fishing Tournament, as well as the FOTOSUB International Underwater Photography Event.

Marlin is also promoting its offers for the enjoyment of the sea at the Moscow Boat´s Show 2024.
