Cubanacan Hotel Group secures sales in Canada

By Daily Pérez Guillén

The Cubanacan Hotel Group presents itself in Canada as the gateway to Cuba’s natural and cultural treasures.

In a conversation with TTC, Yaima Suárez, vice president of the company, explained that she had recently exchanged views with more than 70 travel agents, YouTubers, and the specialized press, with the goal of updating those who market and promote the chain’s products in the Canadian market.

The executive emphasized the importance of visitors from that country for the development of tourism in Cuba, and especially for the Hotel Group. “We are showcasing the new features for this summer, for the fall, and for next winter, when an increase in seats to the destination is expected,” she stated.

Cubanacán boasts 38 years of hospitality excellence, as well as 17,000 rooms in 118 hotel facilities, along with 6 dive centers, 9 wellness centers, and 7 VIP sections throughout the country, offering a wide range of experiences tailored to the diverse needs of travelers.

A press release from the chain refers to the unique Caribbean experiences it offers its guests. The combination of sun, sand, mountains, and nature invites unforgettable vacations. “Our all-inclusive resorts cater to divers, long-stay guests, wellness seekers, and families — all at competitive rates with discounts for extended stays,” it emphasizes.

Over the past few decades, the hotel company has forged strategic alliances and established other brands. It is therefore proud to collaborate with renowned international hotel chains such as Meliá, Iberostar, Blue Diamond, Muthu, and Blau.

Meanwhile, other brands are growing under the Cubanacan label. Brisas and Club Amigo are the leaders in the family beachfront segment.

Cubanacán hotels are located on the most spectacular and sargassum-free beaches in the Caribbean: Varadero, Habana del Este, Ancón (Trinidad), Cayo Coco, and Guardalavaca.

For travelers arriving in Havana, known as the Wonder City, Cubanacan offers a VIP service at José Martí International Airport. Several urban hotels also operate in the capital.

Another of Cubanacan’s flagship products is wedding planning. Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca, in Holguín, stands out for this service in a region that Christopher Columbus described as “the most beautiful land human eyes have ever seen.”

The press release also underscores the hotel chain’s commitment to environmental sustainability, community connection, and inclusion to ensure that every traveler treasures precious memories during their stay in Cuba.

Along with Cubanacan, the Muthu and Blau chains also updated their sales network in Canada.
