New companies confirm their presence at HostelCuba 2025

Spain and Italy are so far the countries that have assured the largest representation of their business sector in the next edition of the International Hotel and Restaurant Trade Fair (HostelCuba 2025). Scheduled for May 27-29 in Havana, the organizers announced the participation of 57 exhibiting companies from 10 countries at a press conference.

The Cuban Ministry of Tourism, the Pabexpo fairgrounds and the Palco Business Group are organizing this fifth edition with the purpose of developing the tourism sector of the Caribbean archipelago and working on the productive transformation of its economy.

Rafael Rodriguez, director of Pabexpo, informed that this event, which is organized every two years, involves economic actors related to equipment, machinery, furnishings, interior design, technology and food, among others.

Among the list of companies registered up until now, 42 are foreign and 15 domestic, including five micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).

Among these data, 18 new exhibitors stand out, 10 of which are international and eight Cuban.

According to Michel Zamora González, MINTUR director of logistics, HostelCuba 2025 offers opportunities to guarantee products and services essential for customer service.

He noted this is an opportunity to do business with companies interested in the Cuban market and gain knowledge about new trends in the sector that apply renewable energy as an element that enhances the development of tourism.

The companies that had confirmed their presence by the end of March are from Canada, China, Cuba, Italy, Mexico, Panama, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United States.

Product presentations, conferences, training workshops, an investment forum and business roundtables will be included in the event program.

The organizers of HostelCuba 2025 expect new economic actors, both state and private, to join the list of participants.
