Throughout 2022, Travel Trade Caribbean covered dissimilar events that took place on the island. We were a Media Partner of the San Remo Music Awards Cuba 2022 Festival, an event in which prestigious personalities from music, gastronomy, fashion, business and the tourism industry gathered in the Cuban capital within the framework of an event that for the first time took place in Ibero America.
We were among the media invited by the Cuban Ministry of Tourism to the International Tourism Fair of Cuba, an event that we attended with an edition of our Digital Newspaper dedicated to the fair, and which became an excellent opportunity to show our readers news about Varadero beach resort and offer them data on the digitization of the sector, as well as information about current affairs of the Caribbean tourist industry and the hotel chains, travel agencies and airlines that operate the Cuba destination.
We also participated and gave real-time coverage to various international fairs and events that took place in the country, including the Renewable Energy Fair; the celebration for the 55th anniversary of the Cohiba cigar brand; the International Varadero Gourmet Festival; the International Transport and Logistics Fair; the Grand International Cuba Golf Tournament; the Health for All Fair; as well as Cuba’s First International Fair on Medical Tourism and Well-being.
TTC was once again one of the specialized media that gave coverage to the 4th Gaviota Destinations Tourist Exchange, in which we announced the main innovations that the Gaviota Tourism Group offers in the capital to professionals in the tourism sector of Cuba and the world.
At the beginning of November, we were a Media Partner of the World Cocktail Championship, which brought together the best bartenders in the world in classic and flair style at the Meliá Internacional Varadero Hotel.
In addition, in that same month we launched the edition dedicated to the London World Travel Market and we carried out real-time coverage for our digital platforms of the important tourist event.
We also participated in the Havana International Trade Fair, FIHAV 2022, in which we distributed our special newspaper regarding the event, as well as the most recent edition of the Caribbean Operators Book-Monographic Cuba 2022-2023 (COB), one of Travel Trade Caribbean’s star products. At our stand, located in the Italian pavilion, we received, exchanged and consolidated alliances with clients, collaborators and personalities attending the 38th edition of the most important trade market in the Caribbean.
The last month of the year, December, has been, at the same time, a time to review our work throughout 2022 and project our goals and plans for the next 12 months. After the necessary count, welcome to future dreams and motivations! See you in 2023!
