The International Tourism Fair, FITCuba 2026, will take place on May 7, 8 and 9 in a format that combines virtual professional management with in-person interaction, according to a press release from the Cuban Ministry of Tourism.

The agenda for the event, one of the most important in the Cuban tourism sector, is structured as follows: May 7 and 8 will be dedicated to business negotiations, which will be conducted entirely through a specialized virtual platform. May 9 will be dedicated to the general public and will take place in person at Josone Park in Varadero.

Currently, the organizing teams are finalizing the technical arrangements to ensure the event’s success. Over the next few weeks, tourism authorities will send out a detailed bulletin with connection protocols, the design of the virtual spaces, and other information of interest to journalists.

The Ministry of Tourism expressed its gratitude for the attention and continued support of this important event for the Cuban tourism sector, which brings together professionals, tour operators, travel agencies, and hoteliers from around the world each year to promote Cuba as a destination and establish business partnerships.
