Havana's Hotel Deauville debuts newly remodeled 14th floor By Daily Pérez Guillén Since 1957, the Hotel Deauville has been standing right where Galiano Street and Havana's Malecón meet. On its top floor, the fourteenth, the Gran Caribe Hotel Group now boasts a gem in the middle of the city. After an investment process that converted spaces and decorated them with new furnishings, guests will find six renovated rooms and can also enjoy personalized attention, free Wi-Fi for four hours a day, concierge service, an exclusive breakfast area, and a minibar. Representatives from travel agencies, tour operators, and the press toured this floor on August 1st, where a breakfast area they have dubbed "Bar 14" has also opened.
