Havanatur S.A. will market more services through the new website

The International Tour Operator Group Havanatur S.A. presented its new website with a design and functionalities aligned with the company’s objectives and the communicative landscape in the travel sector.

“We have given a special distinction to the launch of the new platform because it is going to change the entire way we are managing, administering, and distributing tourism,” commented Yoelkis Salazar, director of Havanatur, during the presentation night as part of the 2025 Commercial, Economic, and Human Capital Workshop.

In this regard, he pointed out that the purpose of the renewal is to market new services through that digital platform and to connect with operators. “This year has been about getting the Group to understand the importance of developing e-commerce, our platform, and new ways of doing things,” he specified.

For her part, Yeni Gayle, Director of Information and Communications of the Group, explained that “This version brings us new challenges, among them the marketing of events. The website will have the entire event catalog, and we will also be able to market the registrations and all services associated with this.”

As in the previous version, users will be able to access the booking of accommodations, transfers, tours, and packages. “With a new version of customized packages,” Gayle highlighted.

This proposal stems from the demand and needs of clients. Its renewed image is directly linked to the current promotional campaign of the destination “Dare to experience it.”

The International Group of Tour Operators Havanatur S.A. was among the first to develop this type of platform in Cuba, and now they are taking a new step.
