Is it worth doing tourism to be able to sleep well? Experts on the subject say yes.

Perhaps the whole world knows the motive of these specialists. Sleeping well is a door to personal happiness, they use to said. And obstacles that stand between us and a good night’s sleep are diverse.

One is precisely the time required for entertainment on vacation days.

Eight hours of sleep is a dream situation for many. For those who take care health even during break time, not complying with this maxim as a way of life can be dangerous.

“As the hours dedicated to sleep are shortened, the quality-of-life declines,” warn the doctors.

Less sleep, more physical and mental fatigue. And the whole thing can lead to mental confusion and permanent drowsiness.

These statements are indisputable and for this reason they have entered the book of concerns not only for science but also for Wellness tourism.

The latter, already well established in the world of offers, is a way of spending holidays that has more and more followers.

In addition to the certainty that to sleep it is necessary to be very tired, there are also well-studied methods to attract sleep, without exaggeration.

Techniques that have existed for a long time in large, medium and small hotels are, among others, night massages, silence zones, soft musical treatment and others.

The “Tourism of the Dream” (can we call it that?) is more sophisticated. Sometimes much more and -yes- sometimes a bit more expensive.

Innovative experts do not like old solutions that they describe as short-term ones. They deal more with “worlds of restful sleep” which may include medical consultations, nutritional plans, exercise regimens and meditation sessions to allow a fruitful departure from the routine.

Tenderly, those who think so encourage self-education in a certain unique, complex, and even delicate way.

They speak with evidence of the “Sleep Retreats in which one learns to sleep, to rest without leaving circadian rhythms aside.

In this world of knowledge that we live in, everyone probably knows what circadian rhythms are. A circadian rhythm, or circadian cycle, is a natural internal process that regulates the sleep-wake cycle and repeats approximately every 24 hours. It can refer to any process that originates within an organism and responds to the environment.

Everything is easy to explain, but to achieve such atmospheres that guarantee restful sleep without risking incomparable boredom, a certain philosophy is even needed.

Examples can be found on the Internet. One of them describes a hotel in Italy with rooms designed to be more “sleep-friendly.”

They offer rooms equipped with high-tech systems that, for example, could reduce radiation from electronic devices or even stop aging.

Are they wonders that will come to control the universal entertainment industry? Hard to say.

In the Caribbean, with its lullabies from the sea, palms and appropriate music, some lodgings anticipate the answers.

A hotel on one of the islands uses the suggestive name of Excellent for Sleeping.

According to a pleased guest there are no luxuries in its rooms, but the nights are luxurious on very comfortable beds, international TV channels and agile employees who fulfill gastronomic orders very quickly.

The prices are not exaggerated and if it rains, good night shows and dinners are offered inside the hotel. All in a very “old fashioned” way.

Just only until the Circadian Cycle Era arrives.
