TTC present at Fitur 2020

Our publication again proposes news on Caribbean tourism at the Madrid International Tourism Fair (Fitur), where it will circulate among professionals and public attending the event to be held January 22-26.

An exclusive interview with the Director General of Development of the Cuban Ministry of Tourism, José Reinaldo Daniel Alonso, appears as the central theme of the Fitur 2020 edition. The official presents the priorities for attracting foreign investment, as well as the different projects currently boosting the sector’s development.

This edition also includes the list of Spanish hotel chains in the Caribbean; an overview of the smokeless industry’s performance in the Caribbean during the year just concluded, an outlook for the new year, new air connections, hotel openings, among other topics.

Meliá Hotels International S.A. presents its novelties, to which are added offers of travel agencies, health tourism, and suggestions on destinations to visit in the Caribbean.

TTC will be available at the Cuba stand next to the Caribbean Operators Book Cuba Monograph Tourist Directory ―one of our flagship products. Both editions will also be distributed by hand, by courtesy, to exhibitors, professional visitors and attending public.

We will also keep a constant update on the main incidents at Fitur 2020 from our website www.traveltradecaribbean.es and the Facebook account @TTCaribbean.

Fitur is organized by Ifema, Madrid Fair, and this year it is celebrating its 40th anniversary. It will have Korea as an official partner and maintains its efficient monographic sections, theoretical events, among other initiatives that make the event the first major meeting of the world tourism industry.
