CARICOM strategies to rebound from Covid-19

CARICOM Ministers with responsibility for Trade and Economic Development have emphasised the need for the Community to develop robust strategies to respond to the impact COVID-19 has had on the Region’s economy. The Ministers met 28 and 29 April for the Council for Trade and Economic Development (COTED) under the Chairmanship of the Hon. Paula Gopee-Scoon, Minister of Trade and Industry of Trinidad and Tobago. The impact of COVID-19 on Member States was one of the main agenda items of the Meeting.
